Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Overnight Event Operations Crew Members for the 2026 summer event season.
This is a seasonal overnight contract role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working late-night shifts to support event takedowns and logistics. Our summer season is busy, with multiple events per week, and we rely on a dependable crew to ensure smooth post-event operations.
There is potential for the contract to be extended beyond August if additional events are booked.
Key Responsibilities
- Event takedown and breakdown
- Safely packing décor, props, and equipment into transport trucks
- Driving 15–25 ft trucks (U-Haul style vehicles)
- Returning trucks to the warehouse after events
- Unloading and organizing inventory
- Reloading trucks for upcoming events
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and care of equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Comfortable driving a 15–25 ft truck
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to lift 30–60 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from warehouse
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
