Job Overview
We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented Event Design & Production Associate to assist in executing high-end event décor installations during the 2026 summer season.
This is a seasonal contract role ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, can maintain precision under tight timelines, and enjoy working collaboratively with design and production teams. The contract may be extended if additional events are booked throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in event setup and execution
- Install and arrange décor elements according to design plans
- Maintain speed, precision, and attention to detail under strict timelines
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to execute elevated event concepts
- Help organize, load, and unload décor materials as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Own vehicle preferred for transport to/from events
- Ability to lift and move décor items (20–40 lbs)
- Efficient, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume event settings
