Job Description

Join KUBRA as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and transform our hiring landscape! You'll have the opportunity to lead full-cycle technical (and non technical) recruitment and craft innovative talent strategies. How You'll Contribute:
Deliver full-cycle recruitment services across all departments
Establish solid relationships with Managers across the organization to understand their staffing requirements and become a trusted talent partner
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment systems and strategies to support current and future growth
Schedule, conduct and coordinate pre-screening phone interviews, onsite interviews, reference checks, and hiring events
Build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing leveraging proactive and innovative recruitment tools & channels
Research, plan and attend industry and in-house recruitment events
Drive innovative and creative talent strategies, identifying non-traditional and diverse talent pools while building a strong pipeline
Drive delivery of a "best in class" candidate experience
Travel as required; locally and to the U.S. for recruitment events

You have a strong work ethic and perseverance, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude
You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Skills That Matter in This Role:
3+ years of agency or internal corporate recruitment experience, preferably with a specialization in Software and IT Infrastructure
Experience with end to end recruitment activities and service delivery across the organization (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, onboarding etc.)
Experience recruiting in the US market is an asset
Exceptional direct sourcing experience through social media platforms such as LinkedIn
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (experience with Lever is preferred but not required)
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a Human Resources or a related field preferred
