**Job Title: Industrial Millwright**
**Job Description**
As an Industrial Millwright, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, assembling, installing, adjusting, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment. Experience in the woodworking industry is an asset. Your role will involve working on pneumatic and hydraulic systems, power transmission systems, chains, belts, and gear drives. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential to diagnose malfunctions and determine the need for adjustment or repair. You will be expected to read and interpret blueprints, with knowledge of OEM equipment manuals, and follow sketches and diagrams to perform required maintenance and service. Additionally, you will work towards continuous improvement in policies and procedures for manufacturing.
**Responsibilities**
Inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems, power transmission systems, chains, belts, and gear drives.
Diagnose malfunctions and determine necessary adjustments or repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals.
Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing policies and procedures.
**Essential Skills**
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance.
Ability to repair and maintain panel saws, table saws, edge banders, CNC machines, and paint line machines.
Experience in cabinetry and office furniture manufacturing.
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
MUST HAVE: 433A license.
MUST HAVE: 5 years of experience as a licensed millwright (3 years if from the cabinet industry).
MUST HAVE: Ability to read mechanical drawings.
MUST HAVE: Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, power transmission systems, gear drives, belts, and chains.
MUST HAVE: Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
MUST HAVE: Counterbalance forklift certification and Fall Arrest.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Woodworking experience.
Basic computer skills.
Counterbalance Forklift Certification.
Experience with Fall Arrest.
Familiarity with machines such as panel saws, table saws, edge banders, CNC machines, and paint lines.

**Work Environment**
Work in an environment with the natural smell of wood. Be prepared for warm conditions during the summer, as there is no AC in the back. Join a maintenance team currently composed of 5 people and a manager, within a manufacturing facility of 200 people.

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $87360.00/yr.
