<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Solutions Designer - Senior</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Toronto, ON</p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>Contract</p><p><br></p><p>Seeking a <strong>Senior Technical Lead / Solution Designer</strong> to provide technical leadership, environment readiness, deployment support, and maintenance for large-scale enterprise applications built on <strong>Siebel CRM, Oracle, BPM, and Unix-based platforms</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead technical coordination with vendors, project teams, and internal IT groups.</li><li>Manage environment readiness, including HW/SW setup, connectivity, VPN/VDI access, and desktop package certification.</li><li>Oversee deployments, cloud pipeline activities, code drops, release planning, and change request processes.</li><li>Support QA/UAT environments, troubleshoot defects, and coordinate fixes.</li><li>Maintain hardware/software inventory and optimize hosting costs.</li><li>Provide expertise across release, change, configuration, capacity, incident, and service level management.</li><li>Support integration with non-core/legacy systems, web services, workflows, and mainframe connections.</li><li>Identify risks and drive mitigation actions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Siebel Architecture</strong>, Admin, Remote Client, Open UI, Web Services, workflows.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Siebel configuration/customization, SQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML</strong>.</li><li>Expertise with <strong>Oracle DB, BPM, Unix (Solaris/AIX), WebLogic, IIS</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Harvest/Ant, UML tools, Eclipse, JUnit, Log4J</strong>.</li><li>Senior experience in <strong>Release & Deployment, Change, Incident/Problem, Configuration, Capacity & Service Level Management</strong>.</li><li>Ability to perform system evaluation, performance analysis, and infrastructure planning.</li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with compliance standards (TRA, PCI), architecture checkpoints, and security standards.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, UML, and large-scale enterprise system implementations.</li></ul><p></p>
