Job Description

Job Summary:

Servers/Server Assistants provide daily service to the membership, creating personal and catered member experience. Servers take food and beverage orders, make accurate order accommodations, and serve in a timely basis.

Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork, and cooperation with work peers is essential. Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members, present menus and offer beverages.
• Take accurate food/drink orders and send it to kitchen in a timely manner.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Clear and reset table settings.
• Preparation and replenishing of condiments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Must be Smart Serve certified or currently pursuing Smart Serve certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous serving experience is an asset.
• Computers and POS (Point of Sale) experience an asset.
