Elevate financial strategy as an engaged FP&A Manager. Partner with business leaders to deliver compelling financial insights and robust analysis in a flexible work model with 3-4 days from home.In this pivotal role, you will be the primary finance partner to category managers, driving collaboration with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analyzing vendor pricing, margins, and providing detailed ROI assessments on various initiatives. With 5-7 years of FP&A experience, you will use your financial expertise to influence decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive financial analysis for sourcing decisions and negotiations
• Manage budget, forecasts, and long-range planning processes
• Conduct margin and payback analysis for new initiatives
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency over time
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred
• 5–7 years of FP&A or finance business-partnering experience
• Strong understanding of COGS and vendor economics
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities
