Responsibilities:
- Contract administration support for Unity Lab Services (ULS) Canada.
- Key point of contact for the ULS Territory Manager covering the Quebec and Eastern Canada Region.
- Contract administration to team to help drive revenue.
- Assist with generating both renewal and new support plan quotations, and modifying large equipment lists, along with quote updates and revisions requested.
- Assume responsibility of contract administration tasks on a regional basis including billing, invoicing, work order generation and miscellaneous items
- Ownership of contract renewal quotation review and generation for the region. Update support plans in database and complete contract additions/removals in conjunction with sales staff
- Complete administration responsibilities on national basis. This includes the following duties warranty order notifications, order processing, and customer communications including confirmation of purchase orders received.
- Provide support, as needed, to other Sr Customer Service Representatives with contract administration duties during vacation/holiday period or periods of overflow administration tasks.
- Assist sales team with various national and key account service plans in consultation with the National Service Sales Manager. Update equipment lists and supported by ULS RSD Canada.
Education:
- High school graduate minimum. College diploma or bachelor's degree preferred, or a similar combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, customer call center experience is a plus. Experience working in an office environment is also a plus
Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
- Bilingual – English and French required. Excellent English and French language and grammar skills. Strong French and English communication, both verbal and written
- Highly developed sense of dedication to customer happiness
- Ability to problem solve customer inquiries via telephone, chat and email
- Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and quality
- Interpersonal and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Outstanding teammate when working with members of the immediate team, as well as, colleagues outside Customer Service, while demonstrating the ability to work independently
- Practices active listening
- Ability to maintain composure and positive demeanor during difficult times
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, IE, strong typing skills required; able to work in multiple systems concurrently using multiple monitors.
