Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, physically capable on-call Night Event Crew Members to assist with event takedown and warehouse logistics during the 2026 summer event season.
This is a seasonal, on-call overnight role for individuals who can work efficiently in fast-paced environments and support smooth event breakdowns as needed. The contract may be extended if additional events are booked throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Takedown and breakdown of event décor and setups
- Safely packing materials, props, and equipment
- Loading trucks for transport to warehouse or next event
- Unloading and organizing inventory at the warehouse
- Lifting and handling 30–60 lbs as needed
- Maintaining organization and care of equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Physically capable of lifting 30–60 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working overnight shifts on short notice
- Team-oriented and able to follow direction
- Dependable transportation to and from the warehouse
