Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

This role exists to make marketing execution reliable, clear, and impactful. As the Marketing Communications & Events Specialist, you’ll deliver accurate, on‑brand content and coordinate trade shows and commercial events that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand credibility. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Technical Sales, and cross‑functional partners, you’ll bring structure and discipline to marketing communications and events — ensuring everything is aligned, on time, and within budget.

What you’ll do
Deliver clear, consistent marketing content
- Create, update, and maintain sales and marketing materials that align to approved positioning.
- Handle content requests with consistency, meeting agreed timelines and minimizing rework
- Ensure written content across internal and external channels stays current and accurate.
Coordinate trade shows and commercial events
- Plan and execute events smoothly, on time, and within approved budgets.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout planning and delivery.
- Own event logistics from planning through execution, including assets, samples, and lead capture processes.
- Track expenses, reconcile budgets, and document post‑event reporting and feedback.
Keep marketing operations organized
- Maintain marketing assets, event documentation, calendars, subscriptions, and vendor records.
- Compile funding and grant submission materials accurately and on deadline.
- Ensure vendor quotes, invoices, and purchase documentation are complete and tracked through payment.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content‑focused roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Bonus: Experience coordinating trade shows or commercial events.
