We're hiring someone to find and land residential painting and epoxy jobs using any method that works — door-to-door, referrals, networking, or your own canvassing team. You can work independently, operate as a subcontractor, or operate under EliteBrush Co.

Pay:

Commission-based (uncapped earning potential, roughly equivalent to $18–$45/hr depending on performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads
  • Book estimates and help close jobs
  • Manage your own outreach strategy

Requirements:

  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners
  • Sales experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$45.00 per hour
