Drive impactful STEM workshops and community engagement as a Site Lead. Oversee programming, mentor facilitators, and connect youth to diverse STEM opportunities in an inclusive setting.This role focuses on delivering innovative STEM initiatives for youth Grades 3-10. As a leader, you will supervise and inspire Program Facilitators, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. Your expertise in youth engagement will enhance partnerships and promote teamwork to develop positive outcomes in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging STEM workshops
