Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Holder role located in Burlington, ON. The Key Holder will oversee daily retail operations, ensure store opening and closing procedures, and assist in leading the team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include supporting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and fostering a welcoming and customer-focused environment. The individual will also ensure accurate handling of sales transactions and contribute to maintaining the store's appearance.
Qualifications
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Proven skills in retail sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets while coaching the team on the sales floor to meet daily KPIs.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and fostering positive customer experiences.
- Maintain flawless visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment with flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the cosmetics/retail industry is a plus.
