About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing private equity-backed organization in the retail and consumer services space, is seeking an FP&A Manager to help strengthen and mature their financial planning and analysis function. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy, helping leadership better understand performance, trends, and opportunities across the business.
You will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to improve financial reporting, develop meaningful insights, and support strategic decision‑making. This is a great opportunity for a strong FP&A Analyst or Senior Analyst looking to step into a leadership role and help build structure within an evolving FP&A environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting leadership with clear financial projections and performance tracking.
- Develop and enhance reporting packages, including KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and financial commentary for leadership and board stakeholders.
- Build financial models and conduct performance analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into insights that guide decision‑making across the organization.
- Work with IT and data teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting structure, and effective use of business intelligence tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
- CPA or CFA designation preferred.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI is strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate financial results into clear insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast‑paced or evolving business environments is an asset.
