Job Description

Take charge of aircraft part production as a skilled Lathe Machine Shop Technician! Join a dedicated team in a hands-on role focused on precision machining and quality assurance.

This position requires expertise in CNC programming, manual set-ups, and maintaining meticulous tolerances. As a key contributor on the afternoon shift, you will work on complex AHT components and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to interpret blueprints and utilize measuring equipment will ensure the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform manual set-ups using CNC programming language
• Maintain tolerances through self-inspection and adjustments
• Document actions for quality logs and create defect sheets
• Operate additional machines as necessary
• Support 5S and Standard Work Development initiatives

Requirements:
• High school diploma and 3-5 years of lathe machining experience
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools
• Eligible to work in Canada, meeting ITAR requirements
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Certificate of Qualification preferred
