We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong expertise in accounting software and financial analysis, with a focus on optimizing financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making. Duties

• Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee account reconciliation processes to maintain integrity of financial data.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and other platforms to streamline financial operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with auditors during audits and assist in regulatory reporting requirements.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management based on financial data insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior accounting role.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks and other relevant platforms.
• Strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
• Extensive experience with MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Teams)
• Demonstrated ability in account analysis and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
