Stores Specialist
Central Aircraft Maintenance (CAM)
Location: Saskatoon
CAM believes in exceptional work and is committed to safety at the highest level for aircraft in Western Canada. CAM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a Stores Parts/Salesclerk position at our Saskatoon location.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn about the dynamic and challenging world of aviation. This position plays a key role in supporting our maintenance operations and serving our customers internally and externally by ensuring accurate parts identification, inventory management, and sales support.
Prior aviation experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and electronically
- Understand customer needs and source appropriate parts and supplies
- Process sales transactions (POS, cheque, and cash)
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
- Provide reception support for the business location
Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory and retail counter displays
- Use inventory management software to track stock levels
- Prepare reorder requests and assist with purchasing
Technical & Operational Support
- Research manuals and Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC) in electronic and paper formats
- Perform parts identification for aircraft undergoing maintenance
- Pick parts and supplies for installation or sale
- Work closely with Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and other team members
Department Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and storage area
Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate will reflect CAM's unrelenting culture of exceptional service and will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in parts, automotive, or heavy equipment industries is a strong asset
- Aviation experience is not required
- Available to have a flexible shift schedule when needed
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- A desire to work where attention to detail is not just a goal, but a minimum standard

Education
- High school diploma required
- A strong willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
Training Requirements
- Aviation industry, federal regulatory, and corporate training and certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire as a condition of employment and maintained as required
