Job Title:
Finance Transformation Analyst
Duration:
1- year Term, may extend, 3-4 days on site, East Toronto, 95-105 base per year
Intro Paragraph:
We are hiring on behalf of our client as they modernize and elevate their Finance function. This is a transformation-focused role - not maintenance accounting. The organization is strengthening processes, optimizing Sage Intacct, improving reporting visibility, and building a more performance-driven finance structure. They are looking for someone who can help level up operations and drive meaningful change across core finance workflows.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing and redesigning key finance processes including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report
- Mapping workflows and developing scalable, standardized procedures and documentation
- Supporting automation initiatives and improving system utilization within Sage Intacct
- Strengthening reporting accuracy, KPI tracking, dashboards, and financial visibility
- Enhancing receivables, invoicing, and journal entry workflows
- Supporting training initiatives to build internal finance capability and improve system adoption

Qualifications and Pre-Requisites: - Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience within finance
- Direct exposure to finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of core finance cycles (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Experience working in non-profit, public sector, or healthcare environments is an asset
- Sage Intacct experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
