Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, Corporate Vehicle, your mandate will be to drive members of management as well as various Pomerleau employees and guests for all their travel needs (business meetings, airport, hotel, restaurant, off‑site activities, etc.) during their professional duties. Since operations are based in Montréal, you may occasionally be required to provide round‑trip transportation to Québec City, Ottawa, or Saint‑Georges. Some trips may involve one or more overnight stays away from home, according to a predetermined schedule.

What You Will Do

Safely transport passengers in compliance with road safety regulations and according to current conditions such as weather, traffic, etc.

Provide a highly professional level of service, both in customer care and in preparing transportation (planning precise routes and ensuring adherence to schedules).

Be able to complete transportation outside the Greater Montréal area, within the province of Quebec, Ontario, and occasionally to the USA.

Handle passengers' luggage when required.

Maintain the vehicle in an exceptionally clean condition that reflects the company's image.

Ensure the vehicle is mechanically safe and report any anomalies to the coordinator.

What You Will Bring

More than 15 years of driving experience with a Class 5 license.

Over 5 years of experience as a taxi, bus, limousine, or private chauffeur, or in a similar role.

A clean SAAQ driving record.

Ability to drive a large-format SUV and occasionally a 15–24‑passenger minibus (Class 4B).

Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 4B is an asset).

A valid passport.

Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of road networks in Montréal, Quebec City, and Ottawa.

Ability to navigate using verbal instructions.

Knowledge of services offered at airport service points (YUL/YQB/YOW) as well as various FBO service locations—considered an asset.

Ability to act with confidentiality and professionalism.

Reliability and availability.

Strong interest in passenger transportation.

Service-oriented approach and demonstration of courtesy, respect, and patience.

Autonomy and strong sense of responsibility.

Flexibility and adaptability.

Availability for part‑time work, with variable schedules including daytime, evenings, weekends, split shifts, and occasional overnight stays.

Ability to drive long distances, sometimes for several hours, and handle long periods of waiting.

Strong computer skills, including calendar management, email software, web browsing, and use of Waze.
