Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst to play a key role in our digital transformation journey.
This position will act as the primary bridge between business units and technology teams, supporting the successful implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ERP system across finance, operations, supply chain, and retail functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the new implementation of the ERP platform. Including selection of the ERP software.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments including Finance Supply Chain Sales Operations Sourcing Design IT to gather requirements design solutions manage system configurations document testing UAT training post-implementation activities ensure seamless user experience identify integration needs between ERP other business systems eg warehouse management retail platforms EDI CRM perform thorough analysis current workflows map analyze gaps redundancies automation recommend best practices data accuracy inventory control cross-departmental collaboration closely work Finance Operations teams align system processes operational reporting requirements.">
