Pay: CA$46.00-CA$52.00 per hour

Hour of Work -Hours of work Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am to 7pm

Work Location: Brampton

Job Duties:

• Our client is seeking a Millwright work who will be working in collaboration with the production department and will be responsible for the proper functioning of production equipment and mechanical installations.
• Ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Respond to service calls quickly.
• Identify and diagnose breakdowns, irregularities, and failures.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Installation of electromechanical equipment.
• Perform safety improvements on equipment.
• Respect the standards of quality as well as health and safety at work.

Requirements:

• Valid Millwright 443A license.
• Valid Electrician licence
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, an asset.
• Good troubleshooting knowledge.
• Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge.
• Able to read and understand machine drawings.
• Good physical condition.
• Autonomous, methodical, and efficient.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency calls outside shift, if required.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team to complete major projects.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency calls outside shift, if required.

Experience:

• Electrical and Mechanical : 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Electrician/ Millwright (Dual ticket 442A & 433A) (required)
