Job Description

Night Shift: 10pm-6:30am- $24.50/hour- This shift required 4 years experience


Afternoon shift- 2pm-10pm-$26/hour- This shift required 10 years experience


 


Job Duties:



  • Operating CNC Machines

  • Operate CNC machinery for production to established production rates

  • Operate manual machines as required

  • Ability to hold required tolerances through machine offsets, tooling replacement including inserts

  • Use measuring instruments to maintain required machine tolerances

  • Complete other production related tasks as directed

  • Package and apply proper identification of machined parts

  • Follow standard work practice-method sheet and instructions

  • Maintain good housekeeping, follow lean manufacturing process and FEM requirements

  • Report any damages or malfunction of equipment and tools to supervisor

  • Wear appropriate safety equipment


Requirements



  • Minimum 4 years of CNC Machine operating experience

  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprint drawings

  • Experience using various types of power and hand tools

  • Past experience working with CNC Lathe and Milling machines

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous work experience in an ISO certified company

  • Knowledge of Okuma controls OSP-P300
