As a Director of Business Development, you will play a key role in the strategic direction for growth in the organization. This newly created position will report directly to the CEO. Using your team, you will be developing the sector with innovative approaches in building new business channels, maximizing existing channels, and launching new products and services to meet the needs of the sector.

What sets you apart for this role.
- Proven success leading a team in B2B sales, ideally in financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (bonus points for bereavement sector knowledge)
- A hunter mentality with a strategic mindset, coupled with a passion for data, trends, and creative problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to make things happen
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally and by air
