Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams, customers, and stakeholders to optimize equipment and freight movement. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring accurate reporting, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Location: Moncton, NB

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with departments, terminals, and customers to address and eliminate barriers in equipment and freight movement.
Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting, volume forecasting, and scorecard updates.
Schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments.
Conduct data entry with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain and update customer portals to reflect current and accurate information.
Respond proactively to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Competencies:

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Adept at analyzing situations, resolving conflicts, and negotiating win-win outcomes.
Knowledge of the transportation industry, including dispatch, dock operations, and equipment utilization, is a strong asset.
Knowledge of Atlantic Canadian geography and travel times is a strong asset.
Bilingual in French & English is required.

Technical Proficiencies:

Familiarity with the TruckMate System is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create detailed reports in Word and Excel.
Strong typing and general computer skills.

High volumes of communication via email and phone.
