Reporting to the
Team Lead, Atlantic,
the
Staffing Coordinator
will be responsible for but not limited to administration and execution of scheduling employees, payroll processes, employee relations, health & safety activities, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Staffing
- Based on customer requirements (Last minute, daily, weekly, etc..) arrange & staff to ensure 100% fill rate for Client orders.
Employee Relations
- Manage time & attendance for all employees by completing timely follow-ups with employees on all absence types and document the absence within Bullhorn
- Provide verbal or written discipline for employee violations (safety, time and attendance, performance, etc.)
- Complete new hire check-in process for assigned Client groups
Payroll & Administration (Including but not limited to):
- Completion of Weekly payroll reporting in Kronos for assigned Clients
- Managing and auditing digital employee files for compliance
- Employee communication of company information via email and print media
- Completion of drug tests
- Completion of Employment Letters
Health & Safety
- Record any safety incidents/accidents
- Complete follow ups with employees on incident reporting & return to work dates
Qualifications
- Education Required: Post-Secondary Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven experience making autonomous, well‑reasoned decisions tailored to unique or evolving circumstances
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities
- A high sense of urgency in delivering high quality customer service
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
