Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

We work closely with major general contractors and developers across the Greater Toronto Area and are known for quality execution and technical expertise.
Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Estimator to support our estimating team with take-offs, pricing, and tender submissions for waterproofing and building envelope scopes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term estimating career in the GTA construction market.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Assist with pricing for waterproofing, building envelope, and related scopes
- Review tender documents, addenda, and specifications
- Request pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare bid summaries and assist with tender submissions
- Maintain organized estimating and bid files
- Assist with scope reviews, clarifications, and post-tender follow-ups
- Work closely with senior estimators and project management teams
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field
- 0–2 years of construction or estimating experience (co-op/internship experience considered)
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; estimating software is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of waterproofing systems or ICI construction is an asset (training provided)
