Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience with custodial tasks, facilities maintenance, and commercial cleaning, along with strong communication and time management skills. Prior experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting is a plus. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties across various facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure safety and functionality of the premises
- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled periods
- Handle heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address cleaning needs or concerns
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas to meet company standards
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
