Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Five Star Homes. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a subcontract position, the Sales Consultant will operate as an independent contractor while representing our homes and communities and must be able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. The sales consultant will be working put of a designated show home in a new community in South Edmonton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers, build rapport, and understand their housing needs.
- Present and explain home designs, floor plans, features, and community amenities.
- Conduct model home tours and showcase available lots and inventory homes.
- Guide clients through financing options, contracts, and purchase agreements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with construction and design teams to ensure a seamless homebuying experience.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and community developments.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales, real estate, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Knowledge of the local housing market is an asset.
