Job Role:


The Ambassador is responsible for providing a variety of services to the guests including driving the casino shuttle, parking lot patrols, hotel transportation, and greeting guests. The Ambassador reports to the Operational Shift Manager.


Qualifications:


Education and Experience: Grade ten (10) One (1) year experience providing exceptional customer service.


Licenses, Certifications and Training: Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority – Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. Must successfully obtain and maintain a Class 4 license and clean driver’s abstract. Must notify management of any change in license status or vehicular infractions.

Work Eligibility:


All applicants must be at least 19 years of age to apply. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority – Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. You must be willing to work different shifts which include evenings, nights and weekends.
