Overview
CONTINUING EDUCATION TEACHING POSITIONS for AFTER HOURS MATH AND ENGLISH SUPPORT PROGRAM TEACHING POSITIONS (TIPS, OSSLT PREPARATION, NUMERACY SUPPORT). Positions are 2, 4 and 6 week temporary assignments in various elementary and secondary schools. Administrators must refer to NM. All participating elementary and secondary schools are included. Submit directly to the Principal of your school.
Locations / Principals
All elementary and secondary schools participating in the program. Current contract teachers with this Board are invited to apply to their principal directly. If positions remain unfilled, LTO or supply teachers will be considered (must be current board employees).
Responsibilities
- Teach after hours Academic Support Program (remedial math and English).
- Take attendance in Power School.
- Commence throughout the year as schools initiate programs.
Qualifications
- Ontario Teacher's Certification Required.
- Special Education Qualifications are an asset.
- Preference will be given to current contract teachers.
