Warehouse Associate – Future Opportunities
Locations: Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Oakville & Toronto
Shifts: Day & Afternoon
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and location)
Status: Full-time only
Start Dates: To be confirmed — Roles expected in 2026
We’re looking for experienced Warehouse Associates to join warehouse teams across multiple Greater Toronto Area locations. These roles require a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the physical capability to lift 50–60 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, stage, and organize orders accurately based on packing slips and company standards
Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
Sort, place, and organize products in designated bins, shelves, or racking
Lift, move, and handle boxes or products (up to 50–60 lbs) as required
Use basic hand tools when needed for warehouse tasks or assembly-type duties
Perform routine quality checks and support inventory control
Manually shrink-wrap and secure pallets for transport
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
Ability to lift 50–60 lbs consistently
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Preferred: Basic experience with hand tools or warehouse tools
Comfortable using RF scanners, warehouse documentation, and basic computer systems
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be considered

Order picking and packing
Shipping and receiving
Inventory control or cycle counts
Manual pallet jack use
Basic tool handling (hand tools, simple equipment)
Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments
