Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced, professional, and reliable Use of Force Certified Security Guards to join our team in Calgary for long-term positions at high-end retail and tactical sites.

We are hiring for active patrol and high-visibility roles — not for guards who stand around or use their phones.
These sites are closely monitored by clients, and performance expectations are high.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and order
Deter and respond to thefts, disturbances, and suspicious activity
Apply approved Use of Force techniques when necessary, following policy and law
Monitor, document, and report incidents promptly and accurately
Maintain strong, professional presence at all times (tactical vest required)
Operate E-Armour mobile reporting app for checkpoints and incident reports
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Alberta Security Guard License (ABST)
Use of Force Certification (current and valid)
Excellent communication and situational awareness skills
Physically fit and able to stand/patrol for full shifts
Reliable, punctual, and accountable — no phone use or distractions on post
Minimum 2 years of security experience preferred
PAY & BENEFITS
$18.00/hour – Use of Force Certified Guards
