Total Rewards Analyst
As the Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that guide our decision‑making and strengthen the foundation of our Total Rewards programs. Your goal will be to collaborate closely with HR Operations and the broader Total Rewards team to ensure data accuracy, uphold strong governance, and deliver recommendations that positively shape the employee experience. Your success will be measured by your ability to provide clear, actionable insights that inform program design and evolution, support organizational growth, and contribute to a consistently high‑quality employee experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit compensation survey data
- Translate data into insights by developing dashboards and analytics that inform decisions
- Support a range of compensation initiatives, including annual processes and improvement projects
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process and system enhancements
- Document Total Rewards processes
- Continuously build Total Rewards knowledge through training, research, and hands‑on learning
- Apply regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements to ensure accuracy and program governance
- Summarize internal and external data and provide clear recommendations to support program decisions
Your Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities with advanced data interpretation and Excel proficiency
- Solid understanding of compensation structures, benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits programs
- Experience working with HRIS systems and compensation tools
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, including pay equity and transparency
- Clear communication skills to translate data into insights and support decision‑making
- Ability to identify process improvements, challenge existing approaches, and influence adherence to processes
- Demonstrates tact, curiosity, and an inquisitive nature when collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, post‑secondary education with progress toward a professional designation in compensation management
- 2–3 years of Human Resources experience with exposure to compensation, benefits, job analysis, market research, or data analytics
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and compensation/benchmarking tools, supported by data‑driven work such as analytics, modeling, and spreadsheet analysis
