<p>We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.</p><p>In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our Services Organization. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead and deliver a seamless recruitment process, managing the full cycle from sourcing to closing to attract and secure top product talent.</li><li>Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent.</li><li>Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core, developing, and emerging businesses. Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.</li><li>Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies tailored to specific product teams, utilizing both internal and external market insights to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and market insights to drive effective hiring decisions.</li><li>Promote and embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.</li><li>Stay informed of industry trends, competitive insights, and product hiring best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications </b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.</li><li><b>5+Years of proficient experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments.</b></li><li>Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends.</li><li>High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience in Financial, Fintech and Banking domain is required.</li><li>Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.</li><li>Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Strong experience in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across functions.</li><li>High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.</li><li>Knowledge of modern technical stacks, with a product focus. - knowledge of Product hiring, product management.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
