Key Responsibilities:
路 Perform structural design and development of aerospace components and assemblies in compliance with industry standards and airworthiness requirements.
路 Work extensively on Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, ensuring timely execution and documentation of design modifications.
路 Create, update, and review 3D models and 2D drawings using tools such as CATIA V5 and ENOVIA/PLM systems.
路 Perform detailed design modifications using CATIA V5.
路 Support design integration with stress, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.
路 Conduct design reviews, tolerance stack-up analysis, and maintain accurate design documentation.
路 Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles in designs and drawings to ensure manufacturability and assembly accuracy.
路 Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to provide engineering solutions for issues raised during manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
路 Manage data and workflows through ENOVIA PLM.
路 Ensure all design changes meet aerospace standards and customer expectations.
路 Ensure strict adherence to quality and schedule targets.
