About the Role

Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting a Pharmacy Manager (relocation supported) for a well-established, full-service specialty pharmacy and medical IV infusion clinic in Victoria, BC. This is a true leadership opportunity in one of Canadas most progressive pharmacy models, combining traditional dispensing, advanced clinical care, and inter-professional collaboration.

This role is ideal for experienced pharmacy leaders open to relocating to beautiful Vancouver Island and taking on a career-defining leadership position. The successful candidate will play a central role in growing the business, leading the team, and delivering exceptional service across areas such as MS, Rheumatology, IBD, Neurology, Oncology, and other specialty care domains.

Your Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Business Development

  • Build a collaborative, high-performance team culture
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth in general and specialty pharmacy services
  • Foster relationships with physicians, nurses, and patient support programs
  • Represent the pharmacy at professional events and within the healthcare community

Clinical & Operational Oversight

  • Manage daily pharmacy operations in compliance with BC College of Pharmacists standards
  • Deliver advanced patient counseling, injections, and clinical assessments
  • Optimize workflows using Kroll and a paperless system
  • Supervise pharmacists, assistants, nurses, and support staff

Performance & Quality Management

  • Track business and clinical performance metrics via dashboards
  • Control inventory with cost-conscious, growth-aligned practices
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure continuous training and compliance
  • Contribute to strategic planning and participate in business review meetings with ownership

What Were Looking For

Required:

  • BScPharm and full licensure with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Injection certification & completion of the Pharmacy Manager Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience
  • Proficiency in Kroll (1+ year)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Clinical experience in MS, Oncology, Rheumatology, GI, Neurology, or similar areas
  • Experience managing or working within a specialty or clinical pharmacy setting
