About the Role
Bella Vida Head Spa is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Spa & Lifestyle Assistant to support cleaning and organizational needs at both our spa and a private residences. This role also includes occasional personal assistant tasks such as running errands and light organizational support.
The ideal candidate is dependable, trustworthy, and takes pride in maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming environments. This position requires travel between locations. Mileage and travel time are paid.
Responsibilities
Spa Duties
- Clean and disinfect treatment rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Process laundry, fold linens, and restock supplies
- Maintain organization of storage areas and cleaning carts
- Sanitize tools, equipment, and high-touch surfaces
Residential Cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and remove garbage/recycling
- Follow specific household cleaning instructions
- Maintain a high level of care and respect while working in private homes
Personal Assistant Support (as needed)
- Run local errands (groceries, dry cleaning, supply pickup, deliveries)
- Transport items between the spa, vendors, or residence
- Assist with light organization (closets, pantry, supplies)
Set Shifts:
- Tuesdays 10:00am - 3:00pm
- Fridays 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Saturdays 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Sundays 10:00am - 7:30pm
- Flexibility for extra shifts an asset.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Comfortable traveling between locations
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks (up to 25 lbs)
- Must be comfortable with dogs

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
