Overview
Bella Vida Head Spa is seeking a creative, organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in-spa for a minimum of 10+ hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, capturing real-time content, and bringing a wellness brand to life through social media and marketing.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create, film, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Capture in-spa content including treatments, behind-the-scenes moments, and team features
- Write engaging captions aligned with the Bella Vida brand voice
- Schedule and manage posts and stories
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages
- Assist with user-generated content and influencer collaborations
Marketing & Brand Support
- Promote services, specials, and new launches
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain content calendars and marketing timelines
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Stay current with social media and wellness marketing trends
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form content using a smartphone
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing platforms
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Interest in beauty, wellness, or spa environments
- Formal education in marketing or social media is an asset but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
