Harper's Landing is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team!

What you will do in this role:
Ensure Food quality is at the highest standards for food quality and plating specifications
Drive knowledge around our food and beverage program, as well as hospitality and salesmanship
Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to HACCP and provincial workplace safety standards
Support your Chef and develop your teammates
Be a leader by demonstrating behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and executing with excellence
Be responsible for timely progress through the Leadership Certification Program, and continued learning and development over time, as required
What we are looking for from you:
Open to learning, coaching and career growth
Bonus points for Diploma in Culinary Management and /or Chef Accreditation
Minimum of 3-5 years of operational experience in a high volume kitchen
Superior knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
To be driven and focused and execute with excellence
Inspirational and motivational skills
