Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident & Problem Management:
  • Handle and resolve escalated (L3) network and connectivity issues across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical incidents.
  • Cloud Networking:
  • Manage and optimize VPCs, VNets, subnets, routing tables, VPNs, peering, and load balancers across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, gateways, NAT, and private endpoints.
  • Performance & Security:
  • Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and latency using native tools and monitoring platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with network security policies, including ACLs, NSGs, WAFs, and encryption standards.
  • Automation & Scripting:
  • Automate routine network operations using Python, PowerShell, or Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain IaC (Infrastructure as Code) templates for network provisioning.
  • Collaboration & Documentation:
  • Work with cloud architects and DevOps engineers to support deployments and migrations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network topology, configurations, and changes.
