Site Maintenance Worker
Job Description
Jepson Petroleum (Alberta) Ltd is searching for a Site Maintenance Worker to join the team. If you are in the Lethbridge area and are looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of sites and facilities
- Oil/water separator inspections, maintenance, and paperwork
- Clean up and disposal of minor spills
- Emptying recycling and garbage receptacles
- Yard maintenance including lawn care and ice/snow removal
- Generate maintenance request forms when repairs are needed
- Perform daily inspections using checklist
- Painting as required
- Complete maintenance items
- Emergency preparedness as per company emergency response plans
- Participate in safety meetings and initiatives as assigned by supervisors
- Assist other departments when asked and duties permit
Position Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Minimum 2 years driving experience (in Lethbridge and surrounding area)
- Willingness to travel between locations
- Physically able to complete associated tasks, lifting up to 70lbs
- Self-starter able to identify areas requiring attention and able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
