Job Description
Our client, a well-established and profitable industrial electromechanical services company, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the next phase of commercial expansion. This organization is a recognized service provider supporting critical industrial operations across Western Canada, delivering specialized electric motor repair, rotating equipment services, field electrical support, and reliability solutions to customers in energy, utilities, mining, manufacturing, and other heavy industrial sectors.
With multiple service facilities, a strong technical workforce, and long-standing customer relationships, the business has built a solid foundation and respected reputation in the market. The company is now focused on strengthening commercial leadership, expanding its strategic accounts, and implementing a more structured, scalable growth strategy.
The organization is part of a larger industrial services platform backed by long-term private investment, providing stability, operational resources, and the ability to invest in future expansion while maintaining an entrepreneurial operating culture.
The Senior Sales Manager is a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leader responsible for driving the next phase of revenue growth within an established industrial service business. This leader will focus on expanding key industrial relationships, identifying new applications and service opportunities, and implementing greater commercial discipline across the sales organization.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded industrial leader who is comfortable operating in a technical B2B environment involving rotating equipment, industrial electrical systems, and maintenance services. The position will oversee existing sales and quotation personnel while owning the end-to-end commercial process, including business development strategy, account growth, pipeline management, pricing discipline, and forecasting.
This is not a maintenance sales role. The mandate is to introduce structure, leadership, and growth orientation within a business that already has strong technical capabilities and customer credibility.
