<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Description<p> Reporting to: Senior Manager, Product</p><p> Seniority: Senior</p><p><br /><strong>TL/DR:<br><br></strong>As a Senior Product Manager you will guide and drive strategies for our growing Games team. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of programmers, artists, and designers to realize innovative new casino game prototypes as a part of our Rushlane universe. Coordinating with other product departments and stakeholders you will then help bring validated new games to market. </p><br />The nitty-gritty:<ul><li> Planning and oversight of the product roadmap for game initiatives.</li><li> Collaborate to understand game concepts and support the Games team with lean and rapid prototyping as well as testing of concepts for market validation.</li><li> Work with stakeholders and Games team to link product strategy, business objectives with games team initiatives.</li><li> Ongoing establishment of hypotheses and validation for every game and enhancement.</li><li> Use playtests, player feedback, and metrics to gain insights and guide the team&#39;s work.</li><li> Lead cross-department productization efforts for games initiatives including marketing, sportsbook, and compliance.</li><li> Manage day-to-day workflow and organization for the Games team with JIRA, prioritizing and tracking tasks to ensure milestones are being met.</li><li> Engage with stakeholders to understand and create alignment on project scope, objectives, approach, task ownership and deliverables.</li><li> Communicate status, project milestones, and risks to key stakeholders and communicate decisions back to the team effectively.</li><li> Plan resourcing, project timelines, and budget in collaboration with other departments and product groups.</li><li> Ongoing documentation of process, workflows, and requirements.</li></ul><br />Your stats:<ul><li> 5+ year of product management experience</li><li> Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience</li><li> Experience working with Senior Management to understand business objectives and priorities</li><li> Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders such as Senior Management and department stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Customer Support etc.)</li><li> Experience bringing agile experimentation initiatives to market</li><li> Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data to inform experiments</li><li> Proven ability to create operational plans and see them through to execution</li><li> Proven ability to solve problems creatively </li><li> Work well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders</li><li> Exceptional written and communication skills with a high attention to detail</li><li> Self-starter motivated to excel, ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Bonus points if:</strong></p><ul><li> You have experience working at a start-up </li><li> You have experience working with games</li><li> A passion or interest in esports and gaming</li></ul><br />Our Stats<ul><li> We offer a competitive salary and total rewards package.</li><li> A chance to work in one of the most exciting and rapidly growing industries</li><li> Work with an extremely talented team who share a love for video games and esports on truly innovative projects.</li><li> See your performance in real time, be part of a supportive team with a focus on training, coaching and continual improvement, and benefit from yearly salary reviews</li><li> Remote and flexible working arrangements.</li><li> Open Paid Vacation. </li><li> Free video games!
