Senior Human Resources Advisor

Under the guidance of the Director, the Senior HR Advisor will work closely with leadership and serves as a trusted advisor, handling a wide range of professional, technical, and analytical HR activities all while managing highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity. What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary advisor for Snowbird Aviation Services and Rise Air's Technical Services Department, providing strategic guidance and support on all people-related matters.
- Support performance managementsuccession planning
- Facilitate training, engagementrecognition programs
- Oversee leaves, accommodationsreturn-to-work processes
- Advance indigenous recruitment strategies as directed by the company.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
- Support labour relationscollective bargaining
- Provide HR analytics, reportingpolicy development
- Partner on health, safetyworkplace investigations
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in HR or related field combined with a minimum of 6 - 7 years of HR generalist experience
- Unionized environment experience considered an asset including the handling of grievances.
- CPHR designationaviation experience considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, analyticalcommunication skills
