About the Opportunity
Our client, a publicly listed organization, is seeking a Senior Reporting Consultant to provide critical support to their finance and controllership teams during a busy audit and reporting cycle.
This contract offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the completion of complex statutory audits and financial reporting deliverables across multiple international entities. The ideal consultant will bring a strong technical accounting foundation, hands‑on statutory reporting experience, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare statutory financial statements for multiple international legal entities.
- Address historical audit backlogs by preparing financials, supporting working papers, and liaising directly with external auditors.
- Manage ongoing statutory and pension audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, tax, and controllership teams to support intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Respond to auditor queries, assist with audit planning, and ensure audit‑ready documentation is complete and accurate.
- Extract, analyze, and manipulate large data sets from SAP ECC for statutory and management reporting purposes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including opportunities to enhance automation and reporting efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
- Designation: CPA or equivalent (required).
- ERP Systems: Advanced experience with SAP.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex data analysis.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with hands‑on exposure to multi‑entity statutory reporting and audit processes.
- Background: Strong preference for candidates with industry experience (not solely public practice), particularly within large, multinational corporations.

- Successful completion of multi‑year statutory audits and clearance of outstanding backlogs.
- Timely delivery of all financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Streamlined audit processes and improved reporting efficiency within the controllership function.
