This role is critical in designing, implementing, and supporting Azure-based solutions for iVedha's customers, with a strong focus on <b>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</b>, <b>cloud migrations</b>, and <b>ongoing managed service operations</b>.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Azure Architecture & Deployment</b></li><li>Design and implement Azure infrastructure solutions, including VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, and governance policies.</li><li>Lead <b>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</b> deployments, including FSLogix profile management, scaling, and performance tuning.</li><li><b>Migration Projects</b></li><li>Plan and execute <b>on-premises to Azure migrations</b>, including servers, applications, and data.</li><li>Utilize tools like Azure Migrate, ASR, and third-party replication solutions for seamless cutovers.</li><li>Migrate On-prem Exchange servers and workloads to M365 and Azure.</li><li><b>Managed Services Operations</b></li><li>Provide L3 support for Azure environments, including proactive monitoring, patching, and incident resolution.</li><li>Implement cost optimization strategies, tagging policies, and security baselines.</li><li><b>Microsoft 365 & Identity</b></li><li>Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and integrate with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Intune.</li><li><b>Automation & Scripting</b></li><li>Develop and maintain automation scripts using <b>PowerShell</b> and <b>Azure CLI</b> for deployments and operational tasks.</li><li><b>Customer Engagement</b></li><li>Act as a technical SME during client workshops, migrations, and escalations.</li><li>Document solutions, provide knowledge transfer, and mentor junior engineers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience</b></p><ul><li><b>7+ years</b> in IT infrastructure roles, with <b>5+ years in Microsoft Azure</b>.</li><li>Proven experience with <b>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</b> deployments and troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong background in <b>on-prem to Azure migrations</b> (servers, apps, and data).</li><li>Expertise in <b>Windows Server administration</b> (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).</li><li>Familiarity with <b>Microsoft 365</b>, <b>Intune</b>, and security/compliance features.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>PowerShell</b> and <b>Azure CLI</b> scripting.</li><li>Knowledge of <b>Azure governance, cost optimization, and security best practices</b>.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Nice-to-Have</b></p><ul><li>Certifications: <b>AZ-104</b>, <b>AZ-305</b>, <b>AZ-140 (AVD)</b>, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with <b>Windows 365 Cloud PC</b>, <b>Universal Print</b>, and hybrid identity solutions.</li><li>Exposure to <b>DevOps practices</b> and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join iVedha?</b></p><ul><li>Work on <b>enterprise-scale Azure projects</b> across multiple industries.</li><li>Be part of a <b>Microsoft Gold Partner</b> team with cutting-edge cloud expertise.</li><li>Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for certification sponsorship.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>How to Apply</b></p><p>Send your resume to <b></b> with the subject line:</p><p><b>"Senior Microsoft Azure Engineer - Your Name "</b></p>
