Job Description

Role Overview

Lead configuration of Odoo Finance and Accounting modules with focus on Canadian public-sector standards and PSAB compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Configure GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and financial reporting modules.
  • Align COA structure to PSAB or GASB as applicable.
  • Integrate GST/HST workflows and CRA e-filing compliance.
  • Develop financial dashboards and audit-ready reports.
  • Work with Odoo Practice Lead to design finance demo flows.


Requirements

  • 5+ years in ERP finance implementations (Odoo preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of Canadian accounting & reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with government or non-profit finance systems is an asset.
  • Understanding of AI-driven analytics or automation preferred.
