The opportunity
EY Technology Consulting is a fast‑moving and high‑growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Manager or a Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manager or Senior Manager – SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance you will identify opportunities with both new and existing clients, where EY can bring value through the adoption of these solutions. These are shared with all EY market‑facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. A willingness to travel to meet client needs is required.
Project Management – Participate in large‑scale SAP client engagements, consistently deliver quality client services, drive high‑quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business. Should be a self‑starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Functional proficiency with at least 5+ full‑lifecycle SAP implementations and 8 to 12+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry.
