Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Bradford, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day‑to‑day tasks include presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and actively contributing to sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
- Self‑motivation, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a related industry, is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
