Position Information

Reports to: Senior Manager, Sales Admin and Supply Chain
Summary Of Responsibilities

To assist with creation, administration and reporting for both wholesale and retail sales programs, for Units and Parts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manual processing, within schedule, of dealer rebates and claims eligible for payment.
Processing of rebills for dealer Demo units.
Reporting for special programs such as Early Deposit Programs for Marine and Motorsports.
Creation of wholesale sales programs in SAP and retail agreements in Vistex.

Experience Requirements

Degree/Diploma: Degree/Diploma required or equivalent experience
Program of Study: Business/Sales/Marketing or relevant industry experience
Years of Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Type of Experience: Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Program Administration

Skills And Abilities

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), including team work.
Ability to prioritize deliverables.
Effective time management.
Analytical with attention to detail.

Expected salary range: $45,000 - $48,000/per annum

Although base salary for this position falls within the above posted range, final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
